a) This website is operated by Advantage Aromatherapy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Advantage Aromatherapy.
b) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
c) These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 34 Wallace Brae Drive, Falkirk, FK2 0FB, United Kingdom.
d) We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.

a) All prices are presented in UK pounds sterling.
b) The price shown on the website is current for the particular product at the time.
c) Prices do not include postage, which is charged separately.
d) We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods without any notice or reason, but only before we have accepted your order and not after.
e) Whilst we try to ensure that all the information displayed on our Website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it.
f) If we discover that there is no availability of the product that you have ordered then we will inform you of this and give you the option of purchasing an alternative product or cancelling the order.
g) From time to time we offer products on sale or promotion prices. These offers are valid for a limited time only.
h) Products will be delivered in our standard 3-5 working days providing that quantity ordered is in stock. If we hold insufficient stock we will inform you of this as soon as possible and advised of expected delivery timescale
i) Please email prior to ordering if any questions.

a) If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any point up until dispatch
b) If products have been dispatched you will need to wait until you receive the products and then follow our returns procedure.

a) By purchasing you agree to be added to our email mailing list.
b) You can unsubscribe at any time using the link on our newsletter or mailing list emails.
c) Alternatively you can contact us directly and ask to be removed. Please have unsubscribe in the email subject header.

We will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party.

Due to increased shipping costs, some items are excluded from free delivery – these include some furniture and decor items.
