SHIPPING

Orders up to XX items – UK STANDARD ROYAL MAIL £3.95

We will post your item(s) within 2 working days of receipt of your order provided that they are in stock. Please allow a 3 -5 working days in total for delivery. View Royal Mail’s full terms and conditions for more information.

Larger orders – UK STANDARD ROYAL MAIL

Please email janice@advantagearomatherapy.co.uk for a price which will be dependent on the package size required as determined in the Royal Mail price finder.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Advantage Aromatherapy, we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and that you may wish to have a refund. You have 14 days from the day you receive the items(s) to return it for a full refund. This does not apply to sale items.
In the unlikely event that you require a refund, we ask that you email janice@advantagearomatherapy.co.uk to request a returns code within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that in no circumstances will we accept returned items that have been opened or used. If an item is returned to us and shows any signs of the above then we reserve the right not to accept the return.
For refunds, we will refund the original method of payment within 28 working days. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items(s) unless they are faulty or returned due to our mistake.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchange of item(s). If you would like to exchange an items(s) you will have to follow returns procedure and then re-order your new item.
